5794 Volkerts Rd, Sebastopol, CA 95472

Small but cute and cozy and super quiet studio in the Sebastopol countryside. 12 minutes to town. All utilities included (except propane), so rent should be viewed with that in mind. Would prefer no pets but one small dog possible depending on a conversation around that. Extra bonuses available - we are on an acre - sling a hammock. We have a 20' x 10' greenhouse - grow space available for tenants who really want to make use of it. Outdoor gardening available too. Small space but furnished and fits queen bed. Washer/Dryer steps from your unit in main house, shared with main house tenant. Also in laundry room is full sized fridge for your exclusive use (store a week's shop and use mini fridge in your unit for smaller load) Owner pays electricity, water, gas, internet, hot tub. Tenant pays propane.
