The first level is considered the basement with dirt floors. This can be used as a "shop" or working space. The appliances included in the rental are: washer, dryer, stove/oven and microwave. There isn't a garage, but plenty of parking for cars and RV's. A snowblower is available for tenant use. The house has propane and electric wall heating. This is NOT a mobile home. Previous tenants moved out at no fault of the owner or property. Animals are negotiable and available for an additional non-refundable pet deposit. January move-in can be possible. Tenant is required to pay for electricity (Northern Lights), water ($25 a month on shared well) and internet (Ziply, EL or Starlink). First, last and deposit are required at move-in. No exceptions.
