This fully furnished camp is on 5 acres and has been freshly painted inside and out with new flooring,a separate bath house that has shower, toilet and sink with on demand gas heater.The water is from the run off on the land and pumped into cisterns. The holding tank handles the waste. The camp is off grid, however it is wired with circuit breakers and has a new automatic generator that is in the generator shed. The stove is propane and the refrigerator can be electric or gas. There is a large eat in kitchen that has a wood stove to cozy up to but also a kerosene monitor for the cold nights. Recently added was a Laveo dry flush toilet inside the camp with its own private room. The large deck is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The camp is set off the road a bit for privacy and has a nice level area for camping. The back of the property would be ideal for hiking and hunting. ATV trails are abundant in the area. All season activities to keep you busy or even AIRBNB it! Jenkins Road is a summer town maintained road, it is seasonal and it does not get plowed all the way to the camp.
