Surprisingly, you are only a few minutes from Asheville and all is has to offer including restaurants, breweries, galleries, the River Arts District and the Biltmore Estate. You will immediately feel at home as you step inside and the natural light floods over you. This comfortable home has a bright open floor plan with tall floor to ceiling windows and doors that bring the expansive views indoor to enjoy. You also have several options if you want to spend time outside. You can enjoy reading a book on the front porch swing or curl up and take a nap on the oversize chairs on the covered back porch. The stone patio is equipped with a Yoga chest containing all the essentials needed for a relaxing yoga session facing the view. In addition, there is a spacious upper and lower yard which is perfect for outdoor games. This mountain home is surrounded by beauty and privacy and will have you wanting for nothing! It features 5 newly renovated guest rooms designed with the comfort of guests in mind, as well as a tv in each room. The primary bedroom has a stone gas fireplace with floor to ceiling doors that open to a spacious stone patio with reclining outdoor chairs that face the western views. You can also enjoy the mountain views from the luxurious jacuzzi tub in the adjoining ensuite. Enjoy cooking meals with family and friends in the large, fully equipped kitchen. You can dine at the cozy kitchen table next to the stone fireplace or in the formal dining room. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. Note the following requirements might want to be stated. - Some reservations will incur a $35 trash pick up fee every 10 days, depending on the property. - Mid Stay Clean is required every 30 days (fees outlined at booking). Fee is hourly and assessed at the completion of the service. Payments: The amount due at booking your reservation depends on when you make the reservation relative to the Check-in date. If you make the reservation more than thirty (30) days in advance of your Check-in date, you are required only to pay one-half of the total fees at the time of booking with the remaining balance due fourteen (14) days before Check-in. (Bookings through Airbnb may be charged 100% at the time of booking.) If, for any reason, the remainder of the fees is not paid on the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and to try to re-book the Property. If we successfully re-book it, we will refund whatever funds we were able to recoup, albeit prorated over the same number of nights you had reserved, up to a full refund of your initial payment. If we are unable to re-book, however, you forfeit the initial payment in its entirety. For reservations made fourteen (14) days or fewer from the anticipated Check-in date, payment in full is required. Payment may be by e-check or credit card we accept four major credit cards. In either case, you may submit only one e-check or credit card per payment we do not have the ability to split payments among groups. Cancellations/Changes*. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, your entitlement to all or a portion of the rental fee depends on the timing of your cancellation in relation to the Check-in date as follows: Phase 1: Cancellations that are made more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, less the Travel Insurance Premium (if purchased). Phase 2: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within fourteen (14) to thirty-one (31) days of the arrival date, forfeit the initial payment. Phase 3: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date will forfeit all payments, except cleaning fees and applicable taxes. *Email constitutes effective written notice and is governed by the timestamp of email receipt. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent.
