    We have finished 3/4 of our retirement cottage plan, building a guest cottage, an office/piano studio and a main cottage. The virus surge interrupted our ability to add a living room and master suite to the main cottage. A surprise relocation required by my employer causes us to need to sell what we thought would be our retirement home. We have splurged on details and quality components. Blueberry bushes, raspberry plants and thornless trailing blackberry vines, plus more than a dozen fruit trees are on the west end of property. Home is on the eastern end of property. Extra deep well (over 150 feet) and a separate pump house matching home construction. Buildings joined together and wrapped by concrete pathways. The guest house also has a wood-burning stove and is wired for a generator. The main cottage also has a propane stove, a sleeping loft, and a storage / toy loft. Property is roughly 2.8 acres. We can explain the master suite addition plans. We will start showing the house in early January. I will also proceed with master suite design and plans.
