Lease Terms & Utilities Owner Responsibilities: Owner will provide and pay for trash collection and lawn service. Renter Responsibilities: Renter shall pay for all other utilities, including but not limited to water, electricity, gas, internet, cable, and any optional services. Failure to Provide Accurate Information: Omitting, falsifying, or misrepresenting information on the application. Additional Protective Clauses Occupancy: Only the individuals listed on the lease agreement are permitted to reside in the property. Unauthorized occupants or subletting without prior written consent from the owner is prohibited. Maintenance & Repairs: Renter must maintain the property in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
