If power or gas usage is above last years average, this amount would be adjusted on the following lease. Parking is off-street, but uncovered. The lot is shared with the owners who live on the property. There is a specified area of the property that is set aside for use with the rental, the full property (3 acres) is not available to tenants. Tenants will agree to do a credit check prior to approval.
