    My property is located 9 miles from alliance on a paved county road. 6 tenths of a mile from a state hyw. The building site is several hundred feet from the road to give you quiet living. The property is maintained very well all the building are in excellent condition and there’s nothing to fix. 12.73 acres and has a large several hundred tree wind break around 3 sides of the buildings. If your looking for a secluded quiet place close to town on clean paved roads you should take a better look. This kind of property is hard to find in this condition with so much to offfer in this area. There’s all new mini split high efficiency heat air conditioning in the house and shop building 2 years ago and warranted for ten years. The shop building has water and sewer so can be made into another living quarters very easy. The 40 x60 Steel shop is insulated so you can work in it in the winter.
