Four house poultry farm on +/- 22.24 acres currently growing for Allen Harim. Poultry houses are all 40x500s built in the mid-1990s and fully updated in 2024. Recent upgrades include: all new water lines, new top railings, new heaters in all end chambers, solid side walls (plywood and metal) on all four houses, one new model 50 rotem controller, new regulators, and new stand tubes in all chambers, new turbo chick mates, new feed bins, concrete and cross augers. The farm also has two homes: First home is a nicely renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bath stick built home. Second home is newer 3 bedroom 2 bath modular home. The farm is further improved by a detached garage with workshop, manure shed, and two older 40x300 poultry houses (no longer in production). One of the two older poultry houses contains concrete tanks and infrastructure for a 300,000 gallon fish breeding operation. Farm is subject to forest conservation easement. Farm is on high alert for avian influenza. There will be no showings of the farm while birds are in. Birds are currently out but will be placed on 3/10/2025.
