Most of the house was remodeled right about the time covid hit and I ended up moving out of Los Angles. House is very clean and a very calm peaceful setting I hate leaving the home. We currently have a friend living in the townhome to keep an eye on it. There are two covered parking spots, a large private patio and a public pool. There are washer and dryer hookup as well as community units in the parking area. This is no smoking house. Small pets are ok. The house is all electric but the bill with 4 people in the home is usually at or under 100 dollars. We are really just looking for someone to take good care of the home.
