It is a basement apartment that is completely detached from the rest of the home with separate access, HVAC, etc. It's brand new, quiet and very comfortable. The space is completely furnished, we intended to use as an AirBnB but have decided we'd prefer long-term tenants instead. We can move out any furniture not needed. Brand new washer & dryer. King bed, queen bed, kitchen table, couch, TV, etc. This place is a score. Lease term is 1 year with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Utilities aren't included.
