Other occupants include the owner, who works from home in the 4th bedroom/office, and a very friendly hypoallergenic mini schnauzer.
If you are a horse person, there is an excellent and very affordable boarding facility 8 minutes away.
This room can accommodate one adult only.
No smoking, no drugs
Illegal drug posession will automatically void the lease.
We will start with a 3-month lease agreement with the option to extend either month-to-month or on a 6-month basis.
The lease is for one adult occupant only.
One off-street parking spot only, and there isn't really any on-street parking nearby, so renter can only have one car.
The renter isn't responsible for any maintanence other than keeping the home clean and tidy. Sharing of shoveling duties in bad weather will be appreciated.
Owner covers lawn maintanence.
