Security cameras: For the safety of both guests and property, we have an exterior camera actively recording video and audio of front porch. Guests can request access to the camera for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera is not constantly monitored. Lease Info: The guest must have liability insurance at all times. If the landlord asks for proof of coverage, the guest must provide it. It is up to the guest to get contents insurance if they so desire it. No assignment or subletting permitted.
