As you enter through the front porch, you are welcomed by a spacious living room adorned with nautical accents, including antique ship replicas and instruments. A floor-to-ceiling field stone fireplace connects the living room with the dining room, which features a table that comfortably seats 6 to 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, new stainless-steel gas stove, and refrigerator. Ascend the stairs to find a cozy reading nook on the oversized landing and access to the Breakfast Deck and the expansive roof deck, perfect for dining al fresco and enjoying the sea breezes. For family-friendly accommodations, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, subject to availability. Bell Buoy is ideally situated just a short stroll from Rockport's downtown, the Shalin Liu Performance Center, art galleries, Rockport Harbor, and Front Beach. The vibrant downtown offers a treasure trove of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Enjoy a concert at the Shalin Liu Performance Center, where the back wall of the concert hall is a full wall of glass overlooking Rockport harbor. Rockport is renowned for attracting artists from around the globe, with numerous galleries celebrating the local artist community and the town's unique beauty. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, as these are grounds for eviction with no refund. Window air conditioning units are installed in May and removed in September, providing both cooling and fan functions. Regrettably, Bell Buoy does not host pets. The cottage offers two workspaces: a desk in the dining room and a large table in the master bedroom, providing a comfortable environment for remote work.
