The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances: a dishwasher, a new stainless-steel gas stove, and a new stainless-steel refrigerator. Upstairs, a cozy reading nook with a daybed awaits on the landing. The cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one full with a shower/tub combination and grab bars, and one half with laundry), a breakfast deck with seating for two, and a large roof deck with tables, seating, and lounge chairs. During winter, meters and kiosk parking are free. On-street parking outside of meter and kiosk areas is free year-round.
