Housemates are all working professionals and are gone more often than home, and looking for the same, as this seems to work well with the shared spaces. Utilities per person typically cost about: $15/mo - basic Internet $35/mo - Electricity (more if using window AC unit or electric heater in winter). $18/mo - Water (Average, but less if you use less). $65/mo - Oil heating (mostly in colder months, typically Oct-March, and less in Sept and April, and zero in summer). We also share the cost of shared supplies, such as toilet paper, tissues, hand+dish soap, etc. Open to having a well-mannered cat, or dog (if it does not bark at all, and remains off of counters and tables) and is cleaned up after.
