(If this posting is up, it's available :) Available Sept 1st: Private bedroom (unfurnished) on second floor of two story house for 1 (ONE) person in a shared 4br 2ba house with three friendly housemates. Located in the southern part of Rochester, NH in the Gonic area. Utilities are additional, and are split between the people living here (typically 4). Housemates are gone more often than home, and looking for the same, as this seems to work well with the shared spaces. Room Dimensions: 13' 5" x 9' 2 5/8" Large 5.8ft x 4ft closet, big enough to walk into and store dresser in. Open to having a well-mannered cat, or dog (if it does not bark at all) and is cleaned up after. The additional pet fee is $35 extra per month. To move in: first months rent+1 month security deposit+last months rent, 2 landlord references (current+previous), copy of credit report, and employment+income verification are required for move-in.
