Open to having a well-mannered cat, or dog (if it does not bark at all) and is cleaned up after. The additional pet fee is $35 extra per month. To move in: first months rent+1 month security deposit+last months rent, 2 landlord references (current+previous), copy of credit report, and employment+income verification are required for move-in.
