I have added the following improvements since purchasing our house in 2016: fenced in back yard, added a built in bookcase in livingroom added a large deck addition & firepit with stone patio in back yard, added landscaping in both front & back yard, replaces French doors with new slider, replaced carpet in 2 bedrooms & floor in 3rd bedroom/office,. Replaced fridge & dishwasher with new stainless steel appliances, added a wood burning stove in livingroom, removed all wallpaper in all rooms & professionally had all rooms repainted, replaced all kitchen countertops with new granite countertops. The value you place on our house is too low. Also please remove all photos of our house from your website for privacy reasons
