This is a split foyer, but it is not a plain old boxy home. The light is excellent throughout the home, with different areas receiving sunlight throughout the day. Neighborhood Description This is one of the neighborhoods with a nice mix of ages. We have plenty of young families with children, but there are a number of older families who have been in the neighborhood for many years. There is a truly old-fashioned neighborhood feel here. In the summer, neighborhood children actually set up lemonade stands! Every holiday sees community gatherings--easter egg hunts, halloween parties, and the like. There are even regular paper-shredding events. We are very close to Crabtree Mall, Shelley Lake and Sertoma Arts Center, and lots of other shopping and restaurants.
