32 beautiful, accessible wooded acres and older home in need of renovation for sale by estate. Over 800 feet of fairly level paved frontage on Anglin Ridge Road. Wet weather creek in the back. Very close to Kentucky Lake and Land Between the Lakes with huge bucks and turkeys. Acres are mostly wooded, much of which is usable with cleared paths that I drove down with a bitty Toyota Tacoma with no big deal. Lots of huge rubs from bucks are found throughout the woods. Was previously completely fenced in for animals but needs work now. They had goats, horses and chickens here. There is a usable old chicken house out back and a old garage in poor repair. The well house seems in good shape so far as I know. Due to the wide road frontage and lack of a HOA, it could easily be used for multiple homesites with small acreage, an industrious homesteaders dream or fix up the older home for your kids and build a new estate home. The three bedroom two bath home could use total updating. There are currently a couple of roof leaks but we think it is from clogged gutters that have been cleaned . The bones are good with a metal roof and windows that are about 12 years old and not foggy. We are not sure what the status is with the well. It is not working currently. The AC also not working but was working earlier this summer when we were here. They had the top off of it. At this point, we want to sell the whole place as is. The house needs lots of love but is pretty large (1700-1800 square feet and could be renovated. Drive by and call for an appointment to come and walk the property. Thanks for your interest. Please contact here or by text. Thanks!
What the owner loves about this home
The land is beautiful with tall whispering pines. The front porch is a lively place to sit on a quiet county maintained home.
