You can be rafting on the Ocoee River within a half hour. With a good snow, you can sled down the hill in the backyard! Blessed to have lived and raised our kids in this home for 17 years. Major renovation inside and out in 2014. HVAC warranty has 2 years plus. Central heat and air throughout, but also has gas fireplace in living room and gas radiant heater in basement for backup purposes. The master bedroom suite, which takes up the entire upstairs, has a controllable booster fan in the HVAC system to control elevation temps. (Heat rises...) How many homes have you been in during the summer where it was COOLER upstairs than downstairs? One bedroom on main level, and one bedroom and an office in the basement. Called an "office" cuz it doesn't have a window. Our son slept in the "office" for years. Takes 15 minutes to get to Cleveland Mall, 15-20 minutes to get to I-75, 35-40 minutes to VW Plant and 45-55 minutes to get to downtown Chattanooga from our home. Zestimate and tax data from Zillow is way off. We've never paid more than $150 a month in taxes and insurance combined and we are currently up to date. Folks, we are selling this place cuz we have gone nuts! We traded in the Tacoma for a Tundra, we've picked out our RV, I'm retired, wife has turned in notice, and we are getting ready to hit the road and travel while we're able.
