Washer and dryer within the unit. There is a separate living room and dining room, en suite bathroom and large bedroom for your comfort. Off road parking is available behind a locked gate. Property has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue available for your use. In spite of the country atmosphere, we are close to all amenities - banks, grocery stores, pharmacies and fast foods. Adults only. No pets. No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs or activities are allowed on the property. Sub-leasing is not permitted. Rent includes wifi/internet, and all utilities but tenant is expected to be considerate in use of gas, electricity and water. Rental is month to month due on the 1st but will be considered late if not paid by the 3rd of the month and subject to a $50 late fee. No one but the tenant may have the key to the property. Inside gate must be locked at all times. Tenant must notify landlord if visitors will be on the property. One months notice is required if tenant wishes to vacate property. Similarly landlord reserves the right to ask tenant to vacate within 1 month if rules are not followed. Deposit will be refunded to tenant upon departure as long as there is no willful damage or neglect to the property.
