One large bedroom with a shared bathroom with one other person.(double vanity so LOTS of room) 2. Smaller bedroom with a shared bathroom with one other person (double vanity so LOTs of room). Because the room is smaller than the first there is an office space available on the first level of the home with adjoining full bathroom that this person can have and use. Home has: -Plenty of parking -Two fireplaces -Beautiful modern kitchen with second refrigerator in the garage for extra storage -Three living spaces-living room, den, and basement location. All available to be used. -Bedrooms can be furnished or unfurnished. -Utilities/Wifi included. We do not cover TV cable/satellite service. -Rent includes 1 monthly cleaning of main common areas-kitchen, living room, den and dining room. -Some extra storage available. -Potential to bring a dog but no cats. Sorry. The Community -This is a nature lovers paradise! Beautiful hiking/walking trails within minutes from the home. The community has a boat launch, private river beach, tennis courts, basketball courts. Great neighborhood to get out and walk. Local Mason Neck area includes Gunston Hall, Pohick Regional Park and Golf Course, Mason Neck State Park and Meadowood Special Recreation area, including horse-back riding and a renowned mountain bike course. Requirements: Rent is $1100 per month $500 security deposit 6 month lease. Easy going, drama free. Avail Aug 1 All utilities paid for; WIFI but no Cable TV available. Lease is for 6 months minimum. Plenty of parking at the house; Smoking outside. Small, medium size dog possible if he/she gets along with our dog.
