The property has a fenced in yard, shed and back patio. The main level has two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, dining room and living room with a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom is located upstairs with an attached office nook and full bath. The basement has a finished entertainment room that includes a bar area and full bath and on the unfinished side washer/dryer, HVAC and tool bench with a ton of storage space. We are located just a half mile to Sligo Creek Park that offers miles of running trails, playgrounds and natural areas, and only a mile from the Forest Glen Metro stop for trips into downtown without the hassle of parking.
