    Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 1 bath, ranch home located in a quiet neighborhood. The home has two additions: one is the length of the front of the home and the other is what was formally a carport. The eat-in kitchen has wood cabinets that are only 4 years old, granite countertops, tile backsplash, and a tile floor. The living and dining rooms have been recently painted and they both, along with the bonus room, have replacement oak hardwood floors. The hallway, three bedrooms and the large walk-in closet also have replaced hardwood floors. The floors have buckling in a couple of locations, so be careful. Most of the ceiling fans are less than a year old. There is a large laundry/utility room with a utility sink, big storage closet, and access to the rear yard and to the crawl space. The roof is about 5 years old and the home has vinyl siding. The HVAC was installed in 2019, and the water heater was installed in 2022. There are pull downstairs to the attic and extra closet spaces. The master bedroom closet is so large it could be an office or nursery! The crawl space has a dirt floor and a sump pump. One issue that will need to be addressed by the buyer, is an issue with the duct in the crawl. The seller was told that it is unattached. Therefore, the heat and central air conditioning cannot currently be run or tested, however both work according to the seller. The seller did not obtain any permits, and if the township calls for them it will be the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy this (where required). The front of the home has some nice landscaping and a patio area. The rear yard is level, has a patio, and is fenced in. The grill in the backyard does not work. The home needs some work, but it has some good features too. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks, walking trails, highways and public transportation add desirability to the location.
