Close to SE Springfield, about five minutes to 65 & Sunshine Ideal for single person or couple without much stuff. Renter buys propane that's in the tank. Will check rental history and background. No Pets Please do not go visit / drive by this property to see it. It's currently rented, and is on a private drive. Call me and schedule a visit.
