Tenant is responsible for all other utilities, including heating oil - which is approximately $1800/year. This can be added to the rent for an additional $150/month. A security deposit of one month's rent is required at the time of the lease signing. Successful applicants will have an income of 3 times the rent ($3600/month) and be able to provide at least 2 months worth of current paystubs. Credit score should be above a 600.
