Property is adjacent to 60 acres of green space for neighboring development, including extensive hiking trails. Tenant has access to up to 2 parking spaces in the garage. Note: the loft is up a flight of stairs. Owners live on-site. Tenants have separate entry door. Located 10 minutes from both Knapp's Corner and downtown Ada. Owner pays for water, trash, and internet, lawn care, and snow removal.
