Finished Projects: - Outside of house was repainted (reflected in first three pictures). - Living room ceiling has been redone with tongue-and-groove wood ceiling (updated picture provided after old photos). - 3rd floor bathroom flooring replaced (updated picture provided after old photos). - Sliding barn door installed in dining room where it connects to the basement (no photo). - Radiators were nonfunctional and have been removed from the home as well as baseboard heaters in the attic. - New roof installed on shed outside, shed also has electricity. - Removed linoleum flooring from kitchen and second floor bathroom - refinished the hardwood floor underneath. - All outlets replaced in the original part of the house. Projects to be completed before move-in: - 4 Upstairs Windows are currently being replaced. - Some Interior walls will be repainted prior to renting. - Mother-in-law suite has been gutted and currently used as storage (room with light blue walls), if you need another bedroom/bathroom, could negotiate finishing that room! If not, this space will be locked during rental. - New electric range stove before move-in. - Siding and exterior light fixtures to be replaced on front of house. - Some minor roof repairs following storms (may happen after move-in), there are no leak issues. - Several light fixtures to be replaced throughout the house. - If there is anything specific that is a must for you, we would be open to hearing what they are so we can make the house the right fit for you! Negotiable on date available. House should be move-in ready by July 1st, 2026, but could negotiate sooner move-in if needed!
