I was in the middle of upgrades when my health and finances took a turn. In return, you get a two year lease for $850.00 per month. I will need a $1,000 deposit. First month's rent will be due upon occupation. You must provide a detailed resume of experience. Most materials are on hand. For some portions, you may need to obtain additional materials. You will either be reimbursed or directed to reduce rent based on the cost. In some instances I may purchase the materials and have them drop shipped. You should plan on providing 20 hrs per month of work until completed. At this time, it will be more like camping (with cold water but also cold A/C) than living.
