Solid house. Built around 1990. 2.5 acres (zillow only allows whole numbers so I had to enter 3). 20 minutes from Paducah. 10 from Mayfield. $200K remodel done in 2018 when I purchased. When we purchased the house it had 5 bedrooms. So we took a wall down as we did not need that many bedrooms and made a huge family room and a small office. All newer appliances. I planned on living here the rest of my life, but opportunity knocked and I am moving away. There is nothing wrong with this house. Only small stuff like trim/light touch-ups needed. Perpetual hot water tank to feed the house and the master shower, that can fit about 10 people(if that is your thing). Roof should be good for several more years. It is probably 15 years old if I had to guess. House is approx 69' X 33'. Upstairs and downstairs are about 4000sqft combined. Pond is about a third of an acre. And there are some HOGS in there. I have personally pulled out over a 6 pound bass. Lots of other types of fish in there as well. It will come with a paddle boat. Huge pool also with a brand new deck. Another brand new outside attached deck on the upstairs with beautiful views of the pond. We drink coffee there in the morning and watch the waterfowl and deer drink from the pond. I have maintained the house as if I was going to live here forever. The only thing that will need to be replaced more sooner than later are the central air units. They work fine, but they are older. There is one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. This should be a good family home for years to come.
