It is walking distance to Forest glen metro, Holy cross hospital and 2 exits off the 495 belt way. The school that are assigned to the neighborhood are top notch Montgomery county schools. The house has 4 bed rooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The house is compliant with all Montgomery county rental regulation and licenses. We do ask for a background check and do require employment verification. As well as a security deposit equal to one months rent and the last months rent this is due to the fact that we have had tenant use there security deposit as the last months rent and left the property in very bad conditions . We are flexible as to paying the last months rent in installments we are not unreasonable people. We provide maintenance the we are legally responsible and have great communication with all our tenant.
