This unit is completely flat with no stairs. Each unit has a private yard. The only shared space is the laundry facility. The property is very quiet and serene . The yard has a flagstone patio, with a lovely lawn and large tree that provides shade. It is completely fenced in and great for privacy and pet security. The gardeners access the yard monthly for maintenance. Inside the unit has been updated completely, including boho chic furnishings that give a beachy,elegant vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and items needed to make wonderful meals. There is a grill for outdoor cooking. The living room has a pull out couch with a queen matress that sleeps an additional 2 people. We have a brand new 50in Samsung Smart TV, and high speed internet. The bedroom has a queen hybrid mattress, and a window with a garden view. The bathroom has a shower over tub and all new finishes. There is a dedicated work space with a desk and shelves. The unit comes stocked with all linens, soaps, cleaners and basic kitchen items. minutes walk to tennis courts, parks, grocery, convenience store, bakery, and the famed Alberts park where San Rafaels Pacifics baseball team plays. *currently our neighbor, the historic Wildcare animal hospital is undergoing some construction. The noise in unit is minimal during their work hours of 8-3pm. Happy to provide a sound recoding upon request. We have adjusted our pricing to account for this slight inconvenience. 32 day minimum lease. All utilities are paid by owner. Yard maintenance paid by owner.
