Washer and dryer in the house, off-street parking, and central air. 8 miles to AFB and 11 miles to DC. Wi-Fi in the house and a private TV in the room with an Firestick included. The common areas are professionally cleaned by cleaners every 3 weeks. Room is furnished but any can be removed upon request to make space for your own. There is an elliptical machine available to tenants inside and a grill on the backyard patio that is available for anyone to use as long as you clean after yourself. The house is currently shared by 3 people who each have their own personal rooms and bathrooms and are all professionals. They are friendly and mostly keep to themselves after work. No smoking allowed inside the house. You can use the kitchen and its appliances as you need but you have to clean after yourself whenever you finish. Laundry machine and dryer are available in the house, you just can't leave clothes inside and forget about them as the other tenants need to wash their clothes as well. Tenants have a schedule to take turns taking the trash and recycle out to the curb. Rent is due by the first of the month. We only have month to month leases but all residence are long term stayers. When you decide to move out, you must let us know at least a month in advance.
