Relatively newer house with 2 rooms available for rent. One for $900 the other for $1200. Utilities will be split between the roommates. The rooms are furnished (one has a brand new bed) and WiFi is included. The spaces are immaculate and not a single stain on carpets or marking on walls can be found (one room has never been occupied since the house was built and the other was only occupied for a few weeks). Each room has its own closet and a shared bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; I also have security cameras and alarms, so safety is not an issue here. Parking space is available if you have a vehicle; and for those that rely on the bus, there is a bus stop 25 feet from the entrance of the neighborhood. Walmart, Kroger, restaurants, gyms etc are within 5-8 minutes drive. Hartsfield Jackson airport is about 15-18 minutes away making this a great location for traveling nurses and other professions that require constant travel. The house is super clean and is always smelling great, I would like to keep it that way! Looking for a CLEAN working professional that's mature, quiet, drama-free, and never late when it comes to payment. This is for a single occupant, no overnight guests (couples pay extra).
