The guest bathroom was completely gutted in July 2010 and remodeled with tile. New fixtures, vanity/sink combo and toilet. New plumbing in July 2010 and also re-wiring of the panel in December of 2009. Master bedroom floors were done in October 2009. New kitchen cabinets and floors in 2005. The home still needs quite a bit done to it, however, I believe that it has all the potential. Neighborhood Description Very quiet neighborhood where everybody looks out for one another. Lots of nature, birds, and hawks and such! Great for a starter home.
