    We have been blessed with amazing tenants previously. It worked really well as a multi generation unit. Side note- we just finished replacing carpet on the top floor & repainting most of inside. New LVP on main level & upstairs restrooms. A couple small projects will be wrapped up by the end of next week. Across the street from a park with beautiful walking trails, also right next to PCC Sylvania & bus stop is about 1 min away. Lush green forest all around, large home with multiple relaxing spaces, multiple patios and outdoor areas. Central heat in winter and AC for summer. Additional unit in basement is included which includes a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and full bath. (Upper unit has 4 bed, 2.5 bath) There are 3 bedrooms on the top level upstairs, including a masters with an ensuite. There is a walk-in closet in the masters, each bedroom has plenty of space and a large closets, and there is a bathroom that has a skylight for the other two bedrooms upstairs. Main level has a bedroom that we have used as an office & a powder room. Main level has full kitchen, and large living room, half bath, and entry room/play room off kitchen, and a dining room between living room and kitchen. It is pretty open concept. Lots of windows everywhere, every room in the house has a window except the downstairs bathroom. Newly installed LVP on main level. Fresh paint as of this summer. New dishwasher. Washer/dryer unit on top floor, also another set in basement. There is a main level porch, and a large area for walking dogs, as well as an additional patio stone area, which worked well as a firepit area in the past. House will come unfurnished. I want to reiterate that it technically has 5 bedrooms, but I feel it functions better as a 4 bedroom with an office. More in depth layout description: It has 3 bedrooms on the top level A master with an ensuite bathroom and closet, and two large bedrooms that share an additional full bathroom upstairs. We also installed an additional washer/dryer combo unit on this level. Main level has an additional bedroom, though we used it as an office while living there. There is a half bath on this level. It's relatively open concept, with kitchen with dishwasher, etc, dining, and large living room with sliding glass doors to the porch. There also is an additional dining room or it could it be used as a playroom on this level. Lower level/walk out basement. There is another large bedroom on this level. It also has it's own kitchenette and living room and full bathroom. There is also a glass sliding door on this level that steps out onto another porch. There is also a large washer and dryer on this level. Both porches have steps down to the ground where there is a paver sitting area. Tons of privacy and greenery surround. We have a fig tree, cherry tree, strawberries, mint, thyme, and blackberries on the property. All that produce fruit. We've moved out of state, so are looking for a very trustworthy tenant, hoping for a longer term one. We will likely fly in to meet you in the final stages. We have entirely new LVP on the main level, and carpet was replaced upstairs and downstairs about 2.5 years ago. We just repainted the entire house. We are selectively open to dogs. Tenant to cover all utilities except trash. It would be ideal for a multi-generational set up, or good friends who want to split up rent together, etc. Please serious enquiries only. Credit and background report will be required as will renters insurance. Garage is oversized 1 car, we do have some things in there, but will make sure you at least have use of half of it. The house is only 15 minutes from Nike HQ, UnderArmour, OHSU, and walking distance to PCC Sylvania and SW Lesser Park which has beautiful walking trails for kids or dogs on leash. You can also use the campus track and field. Backyard is large and private and has a natural feeling with room for campfires and evening hang outs. In addition to the two stories upstairs with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, the house includes a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the lowest level. The lower unit has a separate entrance in the back, or it can be used as a mother in law suite, or an office space and just use the staircase that divides the units.
