Approval Criteria: We can only allow a maximum of 2 people Per Bedroom to live in a single unit. Earns a gross monthly income equal to or greater than 3 times the monthly rent. Has verifiable income. Co-signers are required to own their primary residence and have verified income. Has at least 2 years of verifiable, favorable rental history. Rental history references from family or close friends are not acceptable. Does not owe money to a current or former landlord. Criminal History: We consider how long ago the crime occurred, circumstances and evidence of rehabilitation. We will make our decision based on the results of the online criminal history check. Rental History or homeownership must be verifiable. Previous evictions, unlawful detainers and/or unpaid landlord collections may result in a denial. Minimum FICO credit score of 650. Based on the credit recommendations, the application will be accepted, denied or accepted with conditions. Please contact us if you have questions about this.
