If you could hear directly from the Sellers, this is what they'd want you to know... One of the things they'll miss most about this home is how peaceful it feels. They spent countless evenings in the backyard watching deer, pheasants, and birds wander through the open space behind the property while the dogs ran around the fenced yard. It feels surprisingly private! They also loved having the extra parking space for trailers or RVs, and the shed added some seriously helpful storage. The neighborhood is very family-oriented and friendly. They chose Ranchester because of its calm, quieter feel, and the bonus was being so close to Innominate Coffee and Bakery and Tongue River Brewing for pizza.
They aren't wrong! Even though I grew up and live in Sheridan, I'd hop over to Ranchester in a a heartbeat. This is the perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a nice open floor plan. There's also a dedicated space already set up for a future wood stove if cozy winter nights are calling your name... though the current little nook is pretty charming too.
