We have a house available for immediate rent near 2nd and coltrane in Edmond. It's located in the Stonepoint II housing addition. We are minutes from everything you need and right around the corner from I-35. The school bus stops on our street. This house has a great relaxing back yard. It's considered one of the best in our neighborhood. The house is a "mother in-law" style. The master is separated from the other two rooms. One of the spare bedrooms connects to the 2nd bathroom. The master has a "Australian style" closet that goes in a circle around the shower. Rent is $1250/month. The deposit is $1000 due at signing of a 1 year lease. An application will need to be filled out for a credit check, references and proof of employment. Small pets are allowed, but be aware there is no fence on the property. Tenants are responsible for mowing. We have a local guy if you would like a referral. There is also a sprinkler system for the flowerbeds and yard. There is no smoking in this house. Vaping is fine. We also do not want anyone growing any "medical" plants on the property. Appliances: The previous tenants left a washer and dryer as well as a fridge. You are welcome to use them, but they are not technically provided. If they break down you will need to provide your own. Appointment Only Tenant is responsible for all untilities etc.
