The apartment is a converted Mother in law suite under the same roof as the main house, but is a totally separate efficiency with its own entrance. The Apartment is located in the back of the house, facing the lake. The apartment is fully furnished. A designated parking space is in the front of the house. Description : 4 rooms * kitchen includes plenty of storage cabinets, full size stove , refrigerator, fold out wall table and is in a separate room from the rest of the apartment *a great room fully furnished with futon, couch, dresser, bookcase, tv and 2 nightstands. * a large closet where a twin bed fits nicely at one end in case you work graveyard shift and need to sleep during the day. *Bathroom includes double sink vanity, shower, spa tub and separate toilet room. Amenities *chicken coop with fresh eggs often available. No rooster crowing, only hens. *above ground pool, and a canoe usually available if you like water sports. *A laundry room is usually available, but not required as part of the agreement. No more than 2 loads of laundry per week is expected. * electricity, water, and trash included in rent *Internet is usually available, but it is not included/required as part of my agreement. I live on the property in the main part of the house. The a/c is set inside my part of the house at 72 degrees. The Property is around 2 miles from I-4 and very close to I-75. The neighborhood is a quiet peaceful haven where you can come home and relax. *Looking for a single person or a single person with a small child. 6 month lease then negotiable. 30 days notice required when leaving. Utilities are included. Furnished. Quiet atmosphere. Not looking for loud party person. (Prior approval with owner required if you're wanting to have a party.) Non smoking. Expect apartment to be clean and well maintained .
