The area is very peaceful and safe and a gate from the garden opens directly onto a large park with hiking trails and amazing views. The kitchen has all appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, laundry is done in the kitchen area with a new washer with dryer. The living room is large with plenty of space for a sectional sofa and TV and a separate dining area. The kitchen also has room for a small breakfast table. The property is walking distance from Tiburon downtown restaurants and shops; also the ferry which provides a regular service to San Francisco - a 25 minute ride. Driving to San Francisco normally takes 30 - 45 minutes. Polices include: no smoking, no pets and car parking only in the designated driveway location. Noise restrictions are strict. From 10pm to 7am no noise that can be heard outside the apt is allowed. At other times noise needs to be kept down in order to avoid disturbing owners who live on upper floor. We propose a month to month lease with an expectation that the tenants would like to stay for at least one year and probably longer.. The apt is offered unfurnishes although partial furnishings could be possible. Tenants are asked to assist with taking trash cans out to the street weekly and returning them to the garage.
