This home is NOT known on the Deed as 615 Keystone Avenue, BLAKELY PA which has been confirmed by Blakely Borough’s Manager, Chris Paone. When purchased in April of 2002, the residence was known to the owners as 613-615 Keystone Avenue, PECKVILLE PA. When or who changed this, this co owner does not know. (UDATE: THIS IS STILL THE KNOWN AND ONLY KNOWN AS ADDRESS TO DATE. There is no paperwork within the County’s or within the Borough’s records to explain why 613 has been dropped in advertising, resources,etc.) The home is currently awaiting this co owner to sign an accurate, legal and binding Quitclaim Deed as a result of a divorce. The other co owner has not complied with supplying an ACCURATE, FRAUD FREE Quitclaim Deed as of this date (3/25/21) after being asked countless times to do so. This co owner knows it to be empty since 2017 however there have been reports of Cadillacs and U-Haul's at the residence and was confirmed that this is accurate by the other co owner. If there is a business being operated from the home without this co owner's knowledge, it is without this co owners knowledge or permission AS WELL AS without the Boroughs knowledge although there are neighbors reporting to the Borough that there may be an illegal Auto Sales/Storage business being operated from said property. There is also a $6K+ lien on the home for unpaid utilities (Electric..) This co owner is currently awaiting incoming legal advice to modify the court order that granted the other co owner sole ownership.
