This house is in a great location and is ready for move in by a qualified tenant. 5 minute walk to Pendleton Elementary. 15 minute walk to Pendleton Town square. 5 minute drive to TCTC Pendleton campus. 8 minute drive to Clemson University. 10 minute drive to SWU. 11 minute drive to Arthrex. Entire house has hard surface flooring: hardwood flooring in 2 of the 3 bedrooms as well as the living room (just refnished), laminate in the 3rd bedroom, tile in the bathroom and linoleum in the kitchen/breakfast area. House comes with all the appliances: electric stove, dishwasher, fridge and a stackable washer/dryer (there isn't room for side by sides). Walls have a fresh coat of paint The overhang at the rear of the property give a nice shady place for sitting or for storing bikes, etc. Parking is on concrete.
