We have an organic orchard and Blackberry patch and small table grape vineyard. We can't have dogs or cats as our other guests may be allergic and our 1 dog is not safe with cats or other dogs. Maybe you want to be involved with the Retreat. I would love to get a Yoga teacher living here. All utilities , water, sewer, garbage, propane, PGE plus Direct TV and high speed Internet are $200 per month for all. That would normally cost you $500 a month, so you are really only paying $1500 for a furnished apt with a pool and lake. $1800 first month and $1000 security deposit.
