I am moving out of state and need someone to take over my lease from June 1 - September 20. However, the move-in date is flexible if you need to move in earlier. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that is part of the Edlandria residential community. I am currently renting the unit for $1555/month but will discount the rent to $1425/month until the lease ends in September. All utilities are included - the only thing you pay for is internet and cable if you choose to set that up. The apartment is located on the second floor and has central heating and air, a dishwasher, washer/dryer in the unit, and balcony. The apartment is within 5 minutes of Safeway and Giant, CVS, and many other restaurants and shops. There is a small gym with treadmills, elliptical machines, and weights. The apartment is also a six minute drive to the Van Dorn Metro Station. The lease ends September 20th, at which point you can renew the lease on a month-to-month basis. All utilities included except internet and cable.
