It also has a sofa that can be made into a comfortable full size bed. (Not the usual sofa bed.) One bedroom with twin beds, 2 with one queen size bed each, and a bunk bed with a full size bed/sofa on the bottom. There are 2 sets of sheets for each bed, and pillows and bed spreads for each. Towels in the bathrooms, shower curtains and curtains. Plenty of closet and bureau space in each of the bedrooms, plus 2 large closets in the hall ways. Attic and large painted basement available for extra storage if you did not have time to sort through things/furniture before arriving. Will work with renters to accommodate special items/ antique furniture, etc., to be put in the BH on case to case basis. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, coffee maker, blender, etc. Very comfortable seating, including a breakfast nook table, comfortable sofa, recliner and more. Desk with board games. Many lovely pictures on the wall and nicely furnished. A tiled room off the north covered entrance with a bow window towards the water is not furnished, but could be used as a mudroom, sun room, TV room, or storage room. Conveniently located next to the kitchen. Radient heat in Kitchen and Bathroom floors. Tiled Bathroom floors. Both have a shower and tub. Gas grill with utensils. Alarm clocks and phones, stereo for CD's, VCR/DVD player. You are welcome to use your own TV or Microwave. A non-refundable amount of $500 due upon pet approval.
