Welcome to our Cottage. Built in 1930 we did a top to bottom renovation completed in 2020. The layout was completely redesigned for multiple guests to coexist. Everything is brand new inside with new heat and air system, lights, flooring, cabinets, quartz counters...you name it. Natural light flows throughout this charming 1930's cottage now brought back to life. Outside a small covered front porch welcome you and large back patio with hot tub allow for plenty of outdoor space. Inside, we put great furniture in it, outfitted the kitchen like it was home and bought the same mattresses, linens and towels that we have at home. The master has it's own smart TV and large closet. Memory foam mattresses on both queen beds and a sleeper sofa. We expect our guests will notice and it will feel like your home away from home. Set back from the road on a quiet street with almost a half acre yard you have plenty of room to roam outside. Sit on the front porch and catch the sun setting while the moon and stars rise. Later relax in the hot tub or have smores by the fire pit out back while you watch the fireflies dance around the yard. On the weekends you'll likely see hot air balloons float overhead. Cook up some dinner on the propane grill or in the spacious kitchen. All this less than 12 minutes to downtown Asheville. Open to renting 1-6 months. Utilities, internet and lawn care included.
