The tenant would have shared access to other areas of the home including: Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen (with dishwasher), Laundry Room, and large front and back covered porches. This is country living settled on approximately 7 acres, in the Woodlawn school district. Must be dog-friendly individual. I have 2 dogs that are usually outside, but one comes in often. Would prefer a female (as I am a female and would reside in the home), but I am not opposed to a male. Month to month tenancy, lease can be provided if required (6 month increments).
