Room Available 10/1/2025. The house was totally re-built in 2024. Hard wood floors, new carpet, doors, all new appliances, granite countertops, guest bathroom, 86" T. V. in the Rec Room. I am seeking one roommate, male or female (preferred). I live a very discrete, quiet, drama free life and would prefer you like the same. Also lean towards medical residents, students, teachers and people in professional career paths. I am older male (66), but I still work for the state as an Administrator during the week. The rooms is very comfortable with a queen captains bed. I have other furniture if needed. There is not an additional charge for the loaning of furniture. There is one large room. I am seeking only one person. Due to the layout of the 2,400 sqft home, two adults would still allow for comfortable separation within the living areas. I can furnish the rooms if needed, I have extra beds and other furniture. There is NOT an additional charge for the loaning of beds. dressers, TV's or shelves. Specific's: The rent is $725/month (plus a $400 deposit and last month rent -- (total is $1,850 for the move in). This is an inclusive rent. This includes the room, all electricity, internet, water/sewer/garbage, and other household operations. You have full access to the kitchen, laundry, Rec-room, living room and of course, bathrooms. There is another bath upstairs. There is a full private bathroom on the lower level. You will need a car. Your cell phone will need to have the ability to connect to Wi-Fi calling, there are no towers in the area. I live at least seven miles out of Lacey (Johnson Point Area), but I can go from the house to Target in Lacey in 10 minutes. There are no buses or public transit in the area. There is ample parking and if you entertain, there are other parking areas on the property. Most likely a person who would be comfortable living here would be a student or someone in a professional occupation. The house is on two wooded acres, secluded and when sitting on the deck in a sunny day, is absolutely a small moment in heaven.
